"Rang for help and received none!"

Rang for help and advice about a stray feral cat I have been feeding, that is having difficulty eating. I wanted some help and advice on what I should do as I can't touch her never mind pick her up to look inside her mouth to see if it's her teeth.

I rang Monday 16 January and was told I would be contacted within 72 hours. I have heard nothing by phone or email. Meanwhile the cat is still struggling to eat. Very disappointed to be honest.
