"Rude staff"

Don't appreciate being spoke to the way I was by a member of staff! I was unsure if the engine needed to be on or off going into the wash as it was my first time visiting. The member of staff banged on my window and said to me ''do you not know how to drive your own car'' while being very patronising, I will never return to this car wash and will not recommend it to anyone..
