"Bike section"

I called in the other day needing a wheel built around my elec hub but I was completely let down with the attitude I experienced. The bloke gave me the price over and over for the wheel and spokes but I was trying to tell bim and his workmate that I wanted it built around the wheel I already had swith no joy and I was told to take it to a local bike shop well I thought they were my local bike shop as I left I felt gutted that I couldn't get the help I needed.
